Firebrand is easy, I swear.

I am Firebrand enjoyer and an OG gamer. I have played the game since launch, even starting my love of the game with Guild Wars 1 where I mained an Elementalist. Originally doing only open-world content in both games, I felt intimidated by the harsh environment that can come with LFG groups. Original guilds required ‘repping’ and my casual gaming lifestyle did not fit into the requirements of larger communities at the time. I started [MUTE] as way to connect with players I found across Tyria, with a dream of someday having a guild to call home.

That dream grew and died, and was long buried when I took a hiatus from the game to enjoy other games and my life away from the keyboard. After returning in December of 2023, I revived that dream. We grew from a ragtag group of gamers numbering less than ten players into the larger community we are today. We had no experience in fractals, raids, strikes or any other content outside of the open-world. It has been a thrill to watch us grow, and to push my own skill.

My goal for [MUTE] is to bring gamers of all skill levels together in an open and inclusive environment. I want gamers to be capable of skilling up from “Hi! I’m new and this is my first MMO” all the way to those elusive purple LCM titles.
